The  Delivery

Du Pareil Au Même delivers the whole world. 

In Metropolitan France (including Corsica) :

We propose you two possibilities for the delivery :

• By post (La Poste) to the address specified at the time of the order, from Monday to Saturday. It generally takes 2 to 5 working days.
• To the Kiala pick-up point specified at the time of the order (parcel weight and/or volume permitting). It generally takes 3 to 5 working days.

Fot the European zone (AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FINLAND, GERMANY, SAINT SIT (STATE OF THE VATICAN CITY), IRELAND, ITALY, LUXEMBURG, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, SAN MARINO, SPAIN, SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM) :

The delivery will be done by COLISSIMO Suivi Europe from Monday to Friday. It generally takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the destination country.

For the other countries (including DOM-TOM):

The delivery will be done by CHRONOPOST from Monday to Friday. It generally takes 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination country.<

The P.O. Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

The Payment

Your order made on www.dpam.com can be paid by credit card. The website www.dpam.com uses the CyberMut secured payment service from CIC to enseure payment security. This service features the SSL-encryption security standard. Confidential data (16-figure card number and expiry date) are encrypted and sent to the CyberMut server and are not sent to our server. Du Pareil Au même only receives a number of use.

Follow-up of an order

Once your order is confirmed, you can follow it up in « MY ACCOUNT ». For each order, we indicate the status :

• Waiting for the confirmation
• Confirmed
• Waiting for the preparation
• In preparation
• Shipped

Satisfied or your money back<

The priority of Web DPAM team is to satisfy you completely.

If a product does not correspond with your expectations, we can change it or refund the amount of it.

You have 7 working days from the delivery of your order to return the products back to us and to ask for an exchange or a refund. The products must be returned with their original labels and with the return form duly full.

You click on « Gift service » when you choose the method of delivery, during your order and we will take care of it. We will wrap your order with a lovely gift packaging and we will add the message you can write when you order. We will take off the prices of the products./p>
