Because there are still children whose daily existence could do with some brightening up, Dpam supports a number of initiatives which promote the well-being of ill children, either through direct funding or the establishment of partnerships with charities.

• Petits Princes seeks to make the dreams of seriously ill children come true. 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.
• AFM Téléthon supports research on neuromuscular diseases and seeks to reduce the impact of the handicap associated with them. 2004, 2005, 2006.
• Decoration of Christmas trees in several paediatric wards 2006.
• IGR, Institut Gustave Roussy: provides treatment and care for cancer patients. 2006.
• Les toiles enchantées: if children can no longer go to the cinema, then the cinema must come to them: 2007
