DPAM STORES (FREE)

If you wish, within 7 days of receiving your order, you can exchange your product in any DPAM store which carries the product in its range (in metropolitan France only, excluding Corsica). Alternatively, you can request a credit note on presentation of your bill. Refunds are not made in stores.

POST

If, within 7 days of receiving your parcel, you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return it to the following address: Du Pareil Au Même Boutique internet, 18 avenue Ampère, ZI de Villemilan, 91320 Wissous, FRANCE. The product will be replaced (while stocks are available) or your money refunded. In the latter case, we will either issue you a credit- note or re-credit your bank card. Return and re-shipment costs will only be borne by DPAM if the product does not correspond to your initial order or if the product is defective.

KIALA PICK-UP POINT (FREE)

If you wish, within 7 days of receiving your parcel, you can return your product FREE OF CHARGE by dropping off your parcel at one of the KIALA pick-up points (to locate the pick-up point closest to your home, visit  http://www.kiala.fr/kplocator).
