1. How can I order a product?

   Ordering from Du Pareil au Même is as easy as pie:
   
   

   1. Choose your articles – don’t forget to indicate the sizes and colours
   2. Click on "Add to the basket"
   3. Once you’ve finished choosing, click on “Enter your order”. Your shopping basket selection will be displayed – you can still change it if you wish
   4. Then simply type in the information required to record your purchase
   
   

2. How is my order delivered or sent?

   For deliveries in mainland France (including Corsica):
   Your order is delivered by La Poste for an amount depending on your parcel weight and the delivery service you will choose. Deliveries take an average of 2 to 3 open days.
   Your order will be sent to the address you indicated on your order as the "delivery address". If no one is there to receive the package, it will be left at the nearest Post Office.
   Outside mainland France:
   Shipments are sent via Chronopost or La Poste at a cost that depends on your delivery country, your parcel weight and the delivery service you will choose. Your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday, at the address indicated on your order as the "delivery address", between 3 and 6 open days depending on the destination.
   If no one is at the the address, a notice will be left indicating the number to call in order to arrange for a new delivery.

   Du Pareil au Même Enfant creates and distributes clothes, shoes and accessories for babies and children from 0 to 14 years old.

   Du Pareil au Même Baby is a label that specialises in the world of new-borns from 0 to 24 months. You’ll find everything you need for babies: furniture, infant care, toys, decoration, clothes and baby shower lists.

5. What's Du Pareil au Meme Shoes?

   Du Pareil au Meme Shoes is specialized in baby's and children's footwear (sizes: 16 to 38). DPAM Shoes, it is a vast self-service choice, for all the lifestyles: city shoes, leisure activities, home, as well as sport under the brands NIKE, REEBOK and ADIDAS.
   To remain faithful to its reputation, DPAM shoes takes a particular care to the quality of its products, to guarantee a maximal comfort, for irresistible prices going from 11 € to 45 €.
   

6. Does DPAM have a catalogue?

   Approximately 10 new products arrive each day in our shops and their life span is between a few hours and a few days. This is why we do not have a catalogue, as it would rapidly be outdated.
   However, you can discover a selection of our range of products and order at our online shop!
   

7. Is my payment secured?

   Yes! Du Pareil Au Même is very careful about the payment security. We have selected the Cybermut system to guarantee that your shopping be completely secured.
   
   Thanks to this system, you can be certain that:
   
   

   • Your credit card number is encrypted before being sent across the Internet thanks to SSL encryption
   • Your credit card number cannot be used for anything other than the current transaction
   • Your credit card number is only received on the Cybermut secure website. Du Pareil au Même only receives an authorisation code.
   
   

8. Are the prices on the Internet the same as those in DPAM stores?

   All products on the Internet are sold at the same prices as those in our France (mainland, excluding Corsica) DPAM stores excluding shipping.
   Our Internet prices include taxes for sales in France and the European Union and are exclusive of taxes for countries outside the European Union. You must pay customs duties if you reside in France’s overseas territories or in a country outside the European Union.

9. Where can I be delivered? What would be the cost?

   Our products are deliverable in the quasi-totality of the countries of the world, if ever you wanted to deliver a parcel in a non-available country, we would indicate it to you that it is not possible during your order.
   We negotiate for you preferential rates of postal charges, and we give you the choice, when it is possible, between several ways of transportation: the cost will depend on the delay, the weight of your parcel, the destination country, and the delivery service you will choose.
   Our site has a system of automatic calculation of your postal charges: so the amount of your postal charges is specially calculated for you!

10. What about a gift?

    We deliver wherever you wish, worldwide. We can deliver your birth gifts, birthday gifts... or for any other events.
    If you choose the gift option, we will check that no price is indicated on your articles.We will also be glad to pack your order in a beautiful wrapping paper, created by our own designers.

11. Where will the next DPAM shop open?

    New shop projects and their addresses will be posted inside shops and in our newsletter.

12. What can I do if I don't like the product?

    There are two ways to return a product:

    You have seven days to return a product, along with your bill, to the address below:

    The product can either be refunded or exchanged.
    
    In the DPAM stores:
    Within seven days. You can, if you wish to do so, also exchange your product in a Du Pareil au Même store corresponding to the concept of the returned product (mainland France only) by presenting your bill. The store will exchange the product for you but you cannot be refunded.
    
    In both cases, your product will be exchanged according to the availability of the selected items on the Internet or in the DPAM shop (mainland France) which you have chosen.
    
    Return shipment and new shipment costs are the customer responsability, if the product did match the original purchase.
