PURPOSE
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products presented on the www.dpam.com Web site between a sales entity registered in France (Du Pareil au Même) and a non-commercial physical person (the customer). Consequently, all orders imply adherence to the general terms and conditions of sales which are considered as a contract.
Orders are deliverable in the countries listed in the FAQ section of the www.dpam.com Web site. Only available products may be ordered. Only available products may be ordered.
The photos used to illustrate the products are not contractually binding. Should any errors occur, Du Pareil au Même's liability shall not be incurred in any way.
PRICES
Prices are displayed in Euros all taxes included. The VAT rate applied is the current French VAT rate of 19.6%.These prices are exclusive of transportation and customs duties (shipping outside the European Union). The buyer is responsible for these costs.
In the event that the VAT rate is altered, the price of the corresponding articles could be modified.
For countries outside the European Union, prices on the bill are given exclusive of taxes.
Postage and packaging costs are billed in addition. The amount depends on : the parcel weight, the shipment destination, and the shipping service.

PAYMENT
Payment shall be made solely on-line, at the moment of the transaction, by means of a bank/credit card. CARTE BLEUE, VISA, EUROCARD and MASTER CARD are accepted.
To ensure payment security, the Du Pareil au Même site uses the Cybermut secured payment service.
This service features the SSL-encryption security standard. Confidential data (16-figure card number and expiry date) are encrypted and sent to the Cybermut server and are not sent to our server. When confirming your order:
- your payment request is routed in real time to the Cybermut secure remote payment manager
- it sends an authorisation request to the "G.I.E. cartes bancaires"
- the remote payment manager issues an electronic certificate
Commands will only be validated after the authorization of "GIE cartes bancaires".
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
For destinations within Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Customers can choose to have their parcels delivered (i) directly by post (La Poste), to the address specified at the time of the order, or (ii) to the KIALA pick-up point specified at the time of the order (parcel weight and/or volume permitting). Postal deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday and generally take 2 to 5 working days. KIALA deliveries generally take 3 to 5 working days.
Outside mainland France and for France's oversea territories, shipments are sent via Chronopost from Monday to Friday. Shipping delays vary between 3 to 6 open days depending on the destination country. Should no one be at the address, a notice will be left indicating the number to call to arrange a new delivery. In any event, within a maximum of 30 days following the confirmation of the order. If ever Du Pareil au Même was responsible for the delay, the customer would have his shipping charges offered.
The goods always travel at the risks and dangers of the customer who should verify the good state of the goods at the arrival of the parcel and has a delay of 48 hours to make possible reserves with the carrier in case of missing or degradation.
The customer should then war Du Pareil au Même by e-mail at the address customerservice@dpam.fr.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
The "free shipping offer" allows the customer to benefit from the complete coverage of the amount of the initial postal charges usually associated to its order, from an amount threshold such as announced on the www.dpam.com Internet site.
The zone called Europe corresponds to the following countries: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FINLAND, GERMANY, SAINT SIT (STATE OF THE VATICAN CITY), IRELAND, ITALY, LUXEMBURG, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, SAN MARINO, SPAIN, SUEDE, the UNITED KINGDOM.
In case the customer would have placed an order benefiting from the "free shipping offer", and would not be satisfied by articles corresponding to his initial demand, he could not ask for the refund. Only the constitution of valid credit note on the Internet site www.dpam.com and corresponding to the amount of returned articles, or the exchange for products of a value superior or equal to that of turned(returned) articles, would be possible, the difference staying chargeable to the customer.
SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
The customer has seven working days to cancel his order and return ordered articles for refund or exchange with effect from the date of receipt.
Return shipping charges, and eventually reexpedition charges in case of an exchange, are at the expense of the customer, unless the delivered merchandise does not meet the original order.
In this case, Du Pareil au Même will do its best to exchange the product in the limit of its stocks, or to refund the customer as soon as possible.
On the other hand, if the delivered product corresponds with the initial order and that the customer decides to exchange or asks for the refund of the product, postal charges and eventually customs charges will stay at the expense of the customer.
Irrespective of the reason and within the same 7 working days deadline, you are entitled to exchange the article in a Du Pareil au Même store of your choice (only in mainland France, Corsica excepted) corresponding to the returned product's concept (shoes, children or baby). An invoice must be provided at the checkout. No refunds shall be made in the stores.
PERSONAL DATA
You will be given a personal code when ordering for the first time which you can subsequently change. The personal code you choose must have at least six characters.
You can use it for each new order without having to re-enter your personal details with the exception of your payment details, which must be entered for each order. You can also use your personal code to display your orders in progress.
You can choose whether you wish to be informed of specific campaigns posted on the site. This decision can be made on-line.
You can also ask to be removed from the customer file by sending an email to dpam@direct.webhelp.fr. The removal will be effective when your last order is completed.
Data collected by Du Pareil au Même on its Internet site www.dpam.com is intended for Du Pareil au Même. The client can prohibit the use of collected data on the www.dpam.com website.
In accordance to French law N° 78-17 of the 6th of January, 1978, known as "loi Informatique et Libertés", you have a right of access and rectify at any time your data, upon request sent by e-mail to the following address: customerservice@dpam.fr
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
The parties agree that the transaction is subject to French laws.
Any disputes shall be referred to the court of Evry (France)
